Dr. John Demartini Foreword

Birth and death are two of the great inevitable and unquestionable facts of our physical, mortal existence.

The journey of life between these two momentary facts allows us to participate in many complementary opposite pairs of experiences – the integration of which, guides or hones us into authenticity, and helps us through offering feedback set and live by priorities so as to have us experience our fullest potential during this transient experience we call living on Earth. While to many, the pronouncement and perception of birth and the first inspiring breath brings reactions of assumed happiness, excitement and relief, while its complementary opposite perception of death with its last expiring breath somehow evokes the feelings of sadness, loss and grief.

I have worked with nearly four thousand people on their perceptions of loss, mourning and grief over one or more of their close connected individual’s deaths with the Demartini Method for Dissolving Grief. I have also assisted those who were dying, and relieved the grief of those who initially perceived they have ‘lost’ their family members, relatives, or close friends. And I have demonstrated consistently that when we become fully conscious and aware we begin to realize that nothing that has come into existence has actually become completely destroyed, only simply and conservatively transformed, and we begin to look at life and so-called mortal existence differently.

Ayşegül, who has been an exceptional and thought provoking journalist for many years has made it a priority in her work to send a message to people throughout the world as a result of her own previous perceptions of ‘pain’, to explain the deeper meaning and value of life and that life itself is an astounding experience likened to what some theologians have called a miracle. This message was partly inspired through Ayşegül’s sudden and ‘tragic loss’ of her brother, who was a doctor. While suddenly questioning her own life and existence with the feeling of loss, she inwardly knew she had initiated a meaningful mission, even though her perception of pain was fresh. A journalist who has interviewed countless other faces of the world, now, for the first time, has written her own story, and managed to bring together many influential names of this century within the framework of birth, death and the intermediate existence called life. It is impossible not to admire her mission, vision and honesty even now in advance of its impact.

I Have So Much to Tell You, is a such a great and inspiring new human awareness project that it has the capacity to impact and influence the world like “The Secret”. Ayşegül’s metaphysical approach to the concepts of life and death, her investigative journalism, sensitivity, divine inspirational language, energetic power, and inner guidance used while writing this special  book definitely differentiate her as a writer. It is inspiring to feel her sincerity and watch her inner guidance on this written path of sharing such greater awareness. He quest for meaningful answers and practical solutions led her to investigate my Demartini Method for Dissolving Grief and to experience and transfer many other techniques now to you the reader and all of this was done while working diligently with Sadhguru, staying in his ashram in India, and then again hitting the road like a modern monk.

When we first met in London, I was a bit surprised to hear that Ayşegül was previously a war reporter, but the inspired mission being expressed from her heart fascinated me as I got to know her. I believe she will fascinate you too as a writer, and her magically written language will guide you to question your existence and life.  Ayşegül’s sincerity, her view of life, her deep analysis and investigative talent will probably surprise you, and her particular language in conveying that existence and life is astounding and even miraculous – will probably be penetrative and open your heart.

I Have So Much to Tell You, is a pure explanation of why it is essential to become fully engaged and inspired by our own lives and with every reflective thing around us. When we are focused, and undistracted and live with inspiration we become fully and truly alive. And this is the ultimate power and essence of our very living human existence.

I Have So Much to Tell You will remind us of and help us awaken to the that very life vitalizing and sustaining power. It reflects the key to our lives, the truth in our hearts, with the intention of honoring our purest most authentic selves.

This astounding power of life, is now ours simply by reading.

Thank you Ayşegül Ekinci, for creating such an immortal work with such meticulousness and mastery, and for expressing the value of life in the sincerest way and sharing the life of your beloved brother with us for our guidance and growth.
