Last week, Prime Minister Erdogan realized a set of visits with their own inner codes.
He first went to Northern Iraq. This visit was a first from many aspects. Right afterwards, he flew to London. While conducting importing meetings in London, he got together with certain important high level leaders and politicians of the two countries at the ‘Grow with Turkey’ panel that was held by the Turkish-British Business Council.
Prime Minister Erdogan visited Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace. This meeting was reflected in a positive way to the warm relationship between the two countries. Right after his visit to Buckingham Palace, he visited Prime Minister David Cameron at 10 Downing Street. They held a press conference together and Erdogan warned Nato in regards to Libya and said: ‘Libya should not be like Afghanistan. We have to hurry up and end the cruelty, death and blood shed over there’.
After his press conference with Cameron, he attended the ‘Grow with Turkey’ conference and met with the representatives from the government and private sector of the two countries.
During his speech at the conference, Prime Minister Erdogan described England as a ‘friend and ally’ and emphasized that Turkey was now a country that set the agenda even more.
